The best way to protect the environment is to protect people by gifting everyone with free basic needs, and the free time people have, can be used to restore the environment.

I know this sounds strange, but restoring life takes nurturing, and because humanity is too busy surviving in a debt-based economy, most dont care about the environment or try to work out ways to revegetate the planet to create cooler current low winds, needed to calm the earth and help the seasons to work better.

Manipulated weather and attempts by Gates to block out the sun would reduce CO2 levels to that of the Pleistocene period which wiped out most of the planets animals and vegetation and choke oxygen from peoples lungs in a manmade extiction based on the Paris Agreement.

More carbon means larger plants and a cooler planet with the lower winds helping the polar bears and penguins get a greater dumping of snow leading to the seasons being revitalized and food becoming abundant the way nature intended.
